We take pride in our work and products and use only the best materials available (19 mm kiln-dried SA Pine that we plane down and then cut to a perfect fit tongue and groove). This process produces a 17 mm tongue and groove plank that is superior to most similar products on the market.
Our Wendy houses are treated with A&H Wood sealant that protects it against the elements. We recommend that your Wendy house be treated with our sealant within three weeks after installation and thereafter on an annual basis. This is also a requirement for the 10 year warranty on the Wendy house.

Terrain Preparation & construction
Before the erection of the Wendy House can take place:- We need at least 500 mm of working space around the Wendy House.
- The client may supply his/her own bricks on condition that the bricks must be on site upon the arrival of the construction team. We can supply bricks if needed at an extra cost.
- On the specific site where the Wendy must be erected, the ground surface must be reasonably flat and compacted.
- A & H Wendy Houses will not accept responsibility if the Wendy House does not fit into the terrain appointed by the client nor will we accept responsibilty if the terrain is not suitable for the erection of the Wendy ordered.
- The terrain identified for erection of the Wendy must be unobstructed.
- For the large size Wendy houses either a concrete slab or a stilted base is necessary.
- The position where the Wendy should be erected must be within Municipal regulations. This is, however, entirely the responsibility of the client (owner of the property).

- All Wendy sizes are nominal and measured on the dimension(s) of the roof.
- No ceiling and sisolation will be installed in the veranda.
- ND sized windows - installed in Wendy houses with 2.1 m side walls.

The Warranty
In order to qualify for the 10 year warranty the following conditions must be complied with:- All Wendy Houses must be treated with our special wood sealant (A&H Wood sealant).
- This treatment should be applied to the wooden structure no longer than three weeks after erection of said structure.
- This treatment must be repeated annually.
- The doors must be treated on both sides.
- All roofs must be painted with two (2) coats of ROOF SEAL paint and repeated at regular intervals.
- The swelling of doors and windows are not covered.
